Phi Gamma Delta exists to promote lifelong friendships, to reaffirm high ethical standards and values, and to foster personal development in the pursuit of excellence.
Phi Gamma Delta is committed to providing opportunities to each brother to develop responsibility, leadership, scholarship and social skills to become a fully contributing member of society.
Phi Gamma Delta exists at Missouri State to enhance the development of our brothers and the community on a local and national level in a way that reaffirms our high ethical standards and values. These ethical standards will be the means of the promotion of our character in the pursuit of excellence in life.
Phi Gamma Delta is furthermore committed to providing opportunities to all brothers to foster the values we encourage such as leadership, scholarship, responsibility and social skills in the hopes of creating fully contributing members of local, national, and global communities.
Phi Gamma Delta additionally promotes the civil service of all our members to create a better environment for the greater Springfield area and to respect and represent Missouri State University.
